Our rental prices are determined by size and complexity. Backdrops rates range from $150-$450/week. Props rates vary because of the variety of what we have to offer. All of our backdrops are hand painted on flame retardant muslin, complete with grommets, ties and pipe pockets. If you don't have a way to hang the drops, we do rent pipe and drape supports. Contact us regarding rates and availability.

Rental periods are based on 7 calendar days. Additional weeks are discounted. Short-term rentals are available upon request. All not-for-profit organizations, churches and schools will be given a discount.

To reserve your rental item, you will receive an order confirmation. Make sure you review the order details, such as, items, dates, phone numbers, billing and shipping addresses. Signed copies are to be returned to us by fax or mail. We usually charge a $100 deposit payable by check or credit card, which will be deducted from your rental fee. Payment in full is due 10 days prior to shipping/pick-up.

If your item has to be shipped, we use UPS, Federal Express or trucking companies. Shipping charges are not included in your rental fee. Orders will be shipped C.O.D. or charged to your carrier account. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Any C.O.D charges will be invoiced back to you with an additional $25 handling fee. For those who want to pick-up in person, we are open Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Please return your item by the date specified on your agreement. Remember, it may be scheduled for rental shortly after your event, so returning it on time is important! If it is received late, you will be subject to a late return fee of $25 a day.

Let us know as soon as possible if you will be changing or canceling your order. If you cancel your order within 10 days of shipping/pick-up your deposit will not be refunded.

All rental items are to be returned in the same condition as they were received. These items are very expensive to produce and you are not allowed to alter them in any way. If your item is returned damaged, you will be charged for repair or replacement.
